One Connection Management Group or OCMG was founded, and is legally known, as Orlando Conference Management Group, Inc. During its 28 years, OCMG has focused on meeting management as well as transient travel services. However, in 2012, OCMG discontinued the transient travel services portion of the business in order to focus exclusively on franchise conventions, corporate and advisory board meetings to name a few. OCMG has had two owners, founder Claudette Stroble and current owner, Lori Lombardi Ryan.
OCMG is certified by the National Association of Women Business Owners (WBENC), International Airlines Travel Agent Network (IATAN), State of Florida Minority, Women & Service-Disabled Veteran Business Association, as a WBE in the States of Florida, Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey.

Claudette founded Orlando Conference Management Group, Inc. (OCMG) in 1993 after a career in marketing communications and public relations with General Electric. Her various positions with GE included coordinating arrangements for sales meetings, training activities, customer
entertainment, and incentive trips in addition to managing meetings for the Chairman of the Board of GE and the Board of Directors. Claudette also headed the Marketing team at the GE Horizons pavilion at EPCOT Center in Walt Disney World.
During her time as President of OCMG, Claudette served on the board of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) and was active in WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council), an organization that promotes and certifies businesses as woman-owned. In 2010, Claudette was the recipient of the Women’s Business Enterprise Star Award and in 2011 she was named member of the year by the Florida chapter of WBENC. She is currently on the team that certifies woman-owned businesses throughout the state.
Claudette also serves on the Advisory Council for the Department of Advertising at the University of Florida and is involved in the Orlando area Habitat for Humanity.
In 2012, Claudette sold OCMG to her longtime associate, Lori Lombardi Ryan.
