Our Commitment to Clients During the Coronavirus

We know these are difficult times around the world. Our hearts and prayers go out to the people who have been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain this coronavirus as well as those businesses and their employees continuing to provide daily essentials.


For more than 26 years, our core values have been to listen to our clients, providing creative ideas and solutions, enduring relationships and trusting partnerships. We have been through many unfortunate global events such as 9/11, two recessions, SARS as well as company transitions.


Here is what we are doing to help our clients protect themselves and move forward:


  • We are rescheduling conferences, employee meetings, sales trainings, and other events for a later date.

  • We are putting together virtual opportunities for our clients to come together online.

  • We are working with hotels, venues, and vendors to identify and strategize postponement or cancellation options.

  • We are helping clients re-negotiate contracts.

This virus presents a serious health challenge but we will get through this as a country and as an industry.


We are always willing to adapt when we encounter challenges and this is one of those times.
