We love it when a great plan comes together! Recently at the Walt Disney World Hilton at Disney Springs, OCMG sprang into action and was privileged to provide meeting and event management services for a Fortune 100 company.
This industry leader brought together their international Operations Management Leadership and Training teams for a six day program Focused on the Future that kicked off with a Welcome Super Bowl party. Events and activities included inspiring speakers, interactive breakout sessions and the opportunity for attendees to benchmark their projects with their fellow peers. Our client tasked us to organize a charity - give back to the community event, so OCMG partnered with Give Kids The World where attendees assembled welcome gift bags for children and families with life threatening illnesses traveling to Orlando.
The OCMG team managed every part of the meeting from contract negotiations, registration, hotel logistics, production, trade shows, speakers, signature entertainment, themed and off-site events, team-building, transportation, meal planning and even a custom song. OCMG added a special touch for the closing party, where we devised and delivered the first ever private group viewing of Disney’s Hollywood Studios Star Wars Galactic Spectacular fireworks show!
